We used Beth Brooks as our birth doula and had a perfect experience. She helped me through labor and acted as another advocate for me while at the hospital in order to have the natural birth I wanted. She showed my husband how he could be more involved and I couldn't have made it through without her help. We also have hired her as a postpartum doula and it has been amazing! I was afraid I would develop postpartum depression again but with Beth around I don't see that happening this time. She has been so helpful not only with the baby but also with our other kids, helping around the house, and giving both my husband and I a break to feel a little bit more like ourselves again.
