Sometimes what parents need most isn’t advice, coaching, or problem-solving — it’s a safe, compassionate space to simply be seen, held, and mirrored. That’s exactly what these private virtual sessions offer.

What these sessions are:

  • 75-minute private virtual sessions via Zoom

  • A gentle, supportive container to fall apart, process, and feel fully witnessed

  • Focus on helping your nervous system feel steadier and calmer, while you share, reflect, or simply exist in safety

  • Not therapy, coaching, or problem-solving — just embodied support
