75-minute private virtual sessions via Zoom
A gentle, supportive container to fall apart, process, and feel fully witnessed
Focus on helping your nervous system feel steadier and calmer, while you share, reflect, or simply exist in safety
Not therapy, coaching, or problem-solving — just embodied support
